Since the 90’s, Emma has achieved international recognition
for her quirky and left-field creative concepts,
these creations have set new standards in hospitality, education, children’s music and luxury retail.
Emma’s work is known for ‘nailing the zeitgeist’, it’s daring, different, and always culturally relevant, something special that gives people an elevated experience and evokes emotional and visceral reactions that jolts them into the here and now!
Tuning to her passion for connecting and inspiring women, combined with her obsession for raising the bar in communication,

Paul Cook is The Creative Strategist
a powerful communicator with an excitingly analytical mind.
He digs into the detail, analyses trends and joins up the dots…
Paul is discerning and very dangerous, he see’s the things other people miss and picks up on the stuff that makes all the difference.
His finely tuned attention to detail comes partly from his time at Pinewood Film Studios where he discovered first-hand how films were produced.
He recognised that the minute and tiniest details are often the things that make the biggest difference,
alongside a great story of course!
He is gentle, but oh, so powerful, he was recently voted one of the top 50 U.K. event professionals, for very good reason.
Paul's varied background in insurance, content creation and public speaking has left him with a dynamic and versatile skill set.
Paul is also one of the most Darling people to be around as he emits calm, reassurance and stability, a subtle energy that instantly puts everybody at ease, bringing the best in us all.
He’s a strong believer in the power of strategy and collaboration, and he loves helping Emma bring structure, strategy, systems and processes to her endless flow of inspirational concepts.
